Player Hygiene & Conduct Policy
To ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests, players are expected to maintain appropriate personal hygiene while attending events and using the play space. Management reserves the right to ask any guest to leave if strong body odor, poor hygiene, or other cleanliness issues negatively impact the experience of other customers.
